General Practice
The Mt Kembla Motocross Complex is open 4 days a week for general practice. We welcome all ages and all skill levels. You must be a member to ride, but can join on the day.
The track is open on the following days for general practice.

Riding fees are as follows
| Senior | - | $25 |
| Junior | - | $15 |
| Family | - | $50 |
| Junior - Wednesdays | - | $10 (per family) |
Note: Always check calendar for last minute changes to practice times..
Safety Equipment - Seniors
All senior riders are required to wear the following Safety gear -
- Helmet
- Goggles
- Gloves
- Long shirt
- Long Pants
- Boots with ankle support
Safety Equipment - Juniors
All Junior riders are required to wear the following Safety gear -
- Helmet
- Goggles
- Gloves
- Elbow Pads
- Long shirt
- Body Armour
- Long Pants
- Knee Pads
- Boots with ankle support
- Neck brace is recommended but not compulsory
